Elevate Education

Parents form a critical part of students’ study habits, and are ideally placed to help reinforce effective study habits while discouraging poor ones at home. This presentation equips parents of all backgrounds with a number of practical tips to provide effective support for the program at home. Topics covered include:

Study environment – Discussion of what an ideal study environment looks like, and how to ensure students are able to maximize concentration.

Technology- what role technology plays in aiding study, and how to ensure it doesn’t become an enormous distraction.

Best practices – Exposition of a number of core skills presented to the students, and signs to look for at home when students are straying from their use.

Q&A – Parents have a lot of questions about study. The presenter will open the seminar to the audience and accept questions about the program and how to support it at home.
